YUYUYUYU is a YouTuber and teacher of Japanese who also runs a Youtube Channel called YUYU NIHONGO. They have a question for all of you. Do you like radio programs? When they were a kid, they loved the radio. They loved the comfortable broadcaster’s voice, the interesting talks, the messages and stories from the listeners, their sensation of being connected with a lot of people, even though they were alone in their room, and the feeling of warmth that filled their senses. One day, they wanted to become the DJ of their favorite radio program. But they didn’t make that dream a reality, and eventually they forgot about it. Ten years later, an podcast reminded them of that dream again. Now, slowly, more and more people enjoy their voice and podcasts. As a student of Japanese, you have to face a lot of challenges. “Studying Japanese is a very difficult task.” They want to provide that feeling of warmth to their students and emotion to their students by making them understand everything they say in YUYU’s Japanese Podcast Radio” (more than 1000 simultaneous viewers on Youtube Live). They currently give Japanese lessons, work as a YouTuber, and make a podcast in their spare time. But if you help with this podcast work, they can fulfill their childhood dream of becoming a radio DJ. They still have to overcome many obstacles before getting there. Their current list of objectives is: 1) To give themselves to know to the students of Japanese from all over the world (100,000 subscribers on Youtube.) 2) To create an environment in which they can broadcast their podcasts with peace of mind (they currently live in a cheap apartment, so they have to record their podcasts until late at night to try to avoid outside noise). 3) To create a Vtuber Avatar and create a program of radio using Youtube Live where everyone can participate. 4) To motivate students of Japanese that one of their goals be to be able to understand everything they say in YUYU’s Japanese Podcast Radio” (more than 1000 simultaneous viewers on Youtube Live).
