A WORD ON WESTERNS and A WORD ON ENTERTAINMENT are video magazines devoted to preserving and documenting the history of film, television and other media. Written, produced, directed and hosted by television veteran Rob Word, episodes feature interviews with filmmakers and performers, most conducted at The Autry Museum in LA. The educational and informative interviews began broadcasting on a weekly basis in January 2014. Often quoted in books and related media programs, the interviews are available for research and study to schools, historians, interested students and fans of America’s western genre and related entertainment. The weekly nostalgia series, WORD’S WAYBACK, was added in July 2020.
