ADHD Actually is Zoe. They started this at the start of 2020 after seeing a need for more awareness and support for those with ADHD. They’ve come to realise how valuable and encouraging community is, and they’re determined to bring more visibility to ADHD – especially those with a late diagnosis like themselves. In one year, they saw their Facebook and Instagram profiles grow, they currently have a combined total of 85k followers across FB and IG, 6000 in their FB group and 200 members experiencing their membership.
