Ahmet Dönmez is a journalist and, especially, a free journalist who has recognized very well that it is very important to support free journalism also in Turkey. While the authoritarian and undemocratic tendencies are rising throughout the world, their need is increasing also for journalists. In particular, the existence of just one independent writer who is struggling with his own means against the basic needs like any other independent journalist in the biggest writer prison of the world, Turkey, is a reality.
