Akire Bubar is an illustrator, writer and comics creator. They’re currently working on one, possibly two coloring books, one of which features a three-dimensional modular castle you or your kids can color, build and play with. They’re starting their own line of note cards of original illustrations, and making prints of their work. And they’re also creating comics and writing about mental health issues, living with disabilities and processing trauma. They have more project ideas they’ve been batting around and would like to explore further include a wall calendar and several picture book ideas.
