Though millions of users a month use the site, they’re staffed by a small team of volunteers including the founder, developers, and content moderators. Anime-Planet offers the ability to track the anime you’ve seen, and the manga, webtoons, light novels, and OELs that you’ve read; has personalized anime and manga recommendations; the ability to legally read and watch content online through a number of industry partnerships; and has a vast content database for anime and manga, tags, characters, and staff. The site also offers other tools such as reviews, custom lists, friend feeds, site challenges, and more. They have an active community on the website and in their Discord server.
