Auspol Snackpod is a podcast where they do their best to make Australian politics as painless as possible by cracking the odd joke and talking about memes. They’re also committed lefties – no Bothsidesism here, if you want radical centrism, the ABC has like 200 podcasts you can try. They don’t do this as a way to make money, it’s just for fun (and hopefully to add something to the political conversation in this stupid country). Although starting a podcast can be basically free, making one sound good, and keeping it going, turns out to actually need some funds. So, they’re asking for listeners’ help to pay for maintenance costs – you’ll always know exactly where your money is going!
