ChristinaInTheMaking ASMR is Christina, a long time YouTuber, but brand new ASMRtist. And after the sudden death of their dad a couple years ago, they completely left YouTube. They just couldn’t/can’t function. ASMR has been one of the most important things in their life since they were a kid, and since before they knew what it was. ASMR has always been here for them and has helped get them through some of the toughest times in their life. They have desperately wanted for years to come back and take their channel in an ASMR direction. But they didn’t have the confidence and they were afraid that they wouldn’t be good enough. They’ve finally gotten the strength to pursue ASMR. But what pushed them to come back wasn’t really a good thing. But it IS a blessing in disguise that they were motivated to do this, even out of fear and desperation. Their emotional support dog and best friend of 11 years, their baby Lilly, is dying. They are in heart and kidney failure. They are extremely close and they can say that Lilly is really one of the only things that’s helped them make it through the loss of their dad so far. They are at a dead end job where they work much more than full time. And they know if it stays like this after they lose Lilly, they will just fall apart. They won’t have her to go to anymore. YouTube has always made them happy and it’s always been their passion, since their first video in 2010. And if they could even just have a bit of success with their channel, enough for just a bit of room, to even make it so that they could have the ability to make videos without only being able to after a 12 hour shift of their day job, it would help immensely. They would have their passion, more time to create videos, and more freedom.
