Cookie Rouletteish is Lauren Daniels. They live in McCordsville, IN with their husband and their two rambunctious and hilarious young children. They’re a stay at home mom who started to lose themselves under the weight of just being “wife and mommy.” They needed to invest energy into something that was “them.” They have always loved baking, but it’s a rather expensive and time consuming habit. In March of 2021, they thought it would be fun to host a little drawing for family and friends. Their goal was to make enough to cover the cost of ingredients. It was a huge success, and they decided to continue having occasional drawings while fulfilling personal requests and attending local markets as a vendor. Sometimes recipes are found online or suggested by friends, and sometimes they’re originals the person created by tweaking base recipes. Cookie Rouletteish was born.
