crystaldrawsstuff is Crystal who is an artist who is extremely passionate about mental health awareness. Struggling with mental illness my whole life, what I felt was just how I was ended up in a downward spiral, being hospitalized for psychosis and receiving my Bipolar diagnosis at 25. At the time I had no resources for Mental Health, I felt outcasted and broken. After much healing and getting to a place of self acceptance I have made it my mission to use my creativity to speak out about mental illness and help others feel less alone in their struggles… and the instagram CRYSTALDRAWSSTUFF was born. I’ve found therapy through art and a community of lovely people who are so supportive. I’m reminded daily that we’re all in this together.
