Dain Dillingham is gaining strength in sharing the story of their recovery and of their life. Four years ago, a single missed step changed their life in a way that they could have never imagined. A fall and an 8 hour surgery found them laying in a hospital bed paralyzed from the chest down. They couldn’t have known the difficult road that lay ahead, but as soon as they could move their arm and direct their hand toward a touch screen, they began writing. Of all the things they lost that night, they knew they still had their voice. They had their words, and with that, they found strength in sharing the story not only of their recovery, but of their life and all of the things that have led them here today.
