David Francis Pearson is the creator of the Rikonis project. They have a love for comic books, anime and clever film productions with twisting plots. They get frustrated at the remakes, re-imaginings and reboots of all of their favorite characters. This frustration evolved into a strong desire to write their own, unchanging universe. They started the project in 2010 as a ‘world building exercise’ with some friends who enjoyed D&D. They enjoyed the world building aspect so much that they decided to create their own. They wanted a universe that held the capacity for an infinite amount of possible stories to be told. Different races, species and societies to both love and despise. In 2020, they decided to focus their efforts on the passion they have neglected. The pursuit of happiness is not that of money or job success. For them, happiness is being able to freely express their creativity in telling stories, developing worlds for everyone to access via books, images or maybe even film! Being a storyteller is their dream, but it’s also right in front of them. Their happiness is in every keystroke, so they’d like to write as much as they can.
