Designio is responsible for a realistic resource pack for Minecraft called ModernArch. They work hours a day on the resource pack to get the best result, like PBR textures, 3D models and more. The highest resolution (1024x) of the ModernArch pack is available in Tier 2 for $5, while the 512x resolution is completely free. The resource pack/mods are still in development, so they are not complete and receive updates frequently.
