EARTH RITUALS is Bo Large who is a Breathwork Coach who had an introduction to the power of breath started early. In grade 5, while the other kids were outside playing, Bo was inside with a breath coach being taught how to breathe properly. Bo’s passions have not changed since a small child, being obsessed with natural plant medicine growing up they dreamed of seeing a naturopath. By 16, they had finally convinced their parents to let them see the experienced Naturopath they had been dreaming about being able to go to (you know, normal kid dreams..). During the examination, they suddenly stopped and stared at Bo with an excited and very surprised energy throughout their being. “You are the only person I have ever seen during my whole time practicing natural medicine that breathes properly!” Playing competitive sports from childhood through college, Bo’s ability to breathe and recover efficiently has always been essential for their performance. Building on top of strong foundation this, Bo’s own studies in breathwork, natural medicine, energy healing, and sound healing, they have taken the breath from its established foundations into an even further evolved embodiment. When Bo teaches breathwork, they are pairing ancient and new breathwork practices, with energy healing, and sound healing so that during every class, you are learning tools to be your own healer.
