Enric Vila & Casablanca is a Catalan platform to create communication space that does not make small the conversations or exaggerate the indignations. The steps need a network of platforms that will free the debate from the influence of institutions and parties involved in the state. If the Catalans did not know how to pay for quality materials, the steps would hardly be able to participate with a voice in the debate on democracy that globalization has posed. Until recently, levels of literacy marked the differences in the march of the steps. In the society of knowledge the differences will come marked by the capacity of the citizens to think outside of established frames and filter out the unwanted stories to protect themselves against digital propaganda and algorithms. For writers, style is the criterion that can not be falsified, and, to refine the style and have good ideas, the writers need that we pay for their work as you pay to the bulb makers, surgeons and bankers. Because the first year of experiment has worked, collaborating on a project basis will be entrusted to Abel Cutillas and Marina Porras. If it works better, Casablanca will take flight and look to incorporate foreign writers to create a project to be explained later. For more information, visit www.enricvila.squarespace.com/manifest
