Forlorn Foundry Productions is Jake and James. They have been making SCP Anthology videos since December of 2017. They started that goal in July of 2018, and have steadily been increasing the quality of their videos as they progress. At its heart, Forlorn Foundry is a 2-man team, supported by a rotating roster of skilled freelancers. Actors are cast from a variety of professional networks, while crew, VFX artists, editors, and musicians are all volunteers. Locations, props, gear, transportation, and food are all additional factors and expenses that go into producing their films. Making these videos is an intensive process, involving teamwork, planning, and lots of time. It’s for that reason that they base what SCPs to make off on how well they can produce them. In adhering to the standard of quality that they’ve set for themselves, they refuse to adapt an SCP if they can’t do it justice.
