Gather Victoria was originally started nearly 10 years ago with a mission to celebrate the old ways of honoring and living in harmony with the earth. And today, Gather Victoria is filled with such joy, gratitude and hope that this message resonates with so many of its patrons. By far the most consistent request Gather receives is for a cookbook, so Gather Victoria is hard at work on several cookbooks. Patrons receive pdf previews as Gather Victoria goes along. So far, there are literally hundreds of pages of recipes and plant profiles available. With more coming each season. For those unfamiliar with the Patreon platform, it takes the tradition of being a patron of the arts and combines it with crowdfunding i.e. Kickstarter or Indiegogo. But instead of funding a specific project with one lump sum, Patreon allows “patrons” to donate small amounts of money on a monthly basis to support the work of people they enjoy and believe in. Those who donate are usually rewarded with Patreon Rewards as a gesture of thanks for their contribution.
