Genevieve is making some film this year and working on some new skills in film and media. And they’re also doing a lot of research alongside that. Their storms are insular at the moment. They’ve had times when they’ve been super public and right now they’re very certain that they just want to keep their work brewing away on a number of different stove tops. They’re learning new things, which mean a lot of their time is taken up with projects for assessment. They just read that this says their storms are insular at the moment. They like that. Aren’t we all? Insular little storms in isolation in our houses every night all over the world. Adversity should be something that unites us. They’re also painting, they’re going to keep painting all year. They’re a poet. They’ve always been one. So they’re going to be poeticizing and bringing that together with some new skills. They’re a hybrid artist a writer performer thinker creator and they want to try this out and see if it is something that will bring good strength to their hybrid arts community. They love the synergy of the very new with art forms. They don’t know exactly what well find! Maybe one month it will be a poetry video, maybe one time they’ll post out a series of hand made prints, maybe they host a showing and their local patrons are invited. They intend to be doing all these things! filmpoetry, films, ink painting, and new media and writing are their forms, they’re creating, in this space and time. This page is a studio and a venue. Interdisciplinary performance based interactive alternate reality kind of args are also something they’re really interested in, but they can explain that down the track! They’re also working on a childrens book, and an idea for a site specific artwork, but that’s kinda in the next bit, so you’ll have to wait for that part of the story! Much love to all their friends and artists, actors, musicians, dancers, poets and you know you make the world sing while it spins around, or it could be something of the same song, I guess, but never stop with that quiet song that sometimes comes out loud, e we know the world keeps spinning but dont stop singing nonetheless. \(^^)/n
