Healing.Care.Liberation. is Black Wellness Matters in tandem with the work that they do to affirm that Black Lives Matter. Wellness, here, is not a state of being. Rather, it is a continuous journey to embody a commitment to their care and well-being. Healing.Care.Liberation. is about committing to liberatory practices and cultivating a liberatory consciousness for the benefit of all beings and the planet. Foundational to that is healing their self-relationship and defining a self-love praxis for their particular lives that helps them all to move further in the direction of living in service of greater justice and compassion. They work with individual hypnosis clients, are developing a forthcoming on-demand video course, are creating a self-love and meditation card deck, and have a dedicated YouTube channel. This project is a community project. They hope you will join them!
