History on the Table is entering its third year of historical and wargame podcasting. The hosts have been humbled by the support and positive feedback they’ve received from day 1. They think they can do more though. Be it additional podcasts or all new video content, they want to bring more content to everyone who enjoys what they do. They never thought Patreon was on the table for them but the more time and effort they pour into the show, the more they want to see it grow with additional content and features. As they grow, so do expenses. To date, History on the Table expenses have been out of their pocket. They don’t have sponsors, they don’t ask for review copies, fill their episodes with commercials and don’t receive consideration for their reviews. With their supporters’ help they want to publish new content (additional podcasts and video) and upgrade their equipment. History Off the Table, a live monthly YouTube show covering all the other ramblings they like to discuss on the show debuts in January 2021. But they want to expand beyond just 2 monthly shows with more video content focused on historical gaming. With their supporters’ help they can do that. Their show will remain free for their fans to listen to and free of commercials. For their supporters’ support they are offering some exclusive awards, including their chance to directly participate in their Every Wargame Ever list, merch, Q&A sessions, behind the scenes updates and other bonus content.
