Holly Wren Spaulding

Holly Wren Spaulding

Holly Wren Spaulding is offering a community space for fellow writers who seek companionship in the process of making new creative work. Since then, they’ve become a Casual Union of Working Poets, most of whom they know through Poetry Forge. As a loose affinity group, they gather monthly to write in a live Zoom workshop; submit work for publication; encourage each other; and practice their craft in private. They have a deep archive of writing provocations, teaching videos, audio lessons, and other tools to support the creative process. They want to explore creative ways to share these things, outside of class. Maybe they can help you do something you want to do or make? Whether you’re a secret writer, teacher, workshop leader, author, or a one-time creative writing major who misses the structure of a regular workshop, they offer this community and these resources, in hopes they will help you on your path. \n##\n\n##\n\n Holly Wren Spaulding is offering a community space for fellow writers who seek companionship in the process of making new creative work. Whether you’re a secret writer, teacher, workshop leader, author, or a one-time creative writing major who misses the structure of a regular workshop, they offer this community and these resources, in hopes they will help you on your path. They offer a monthly generative workshop to help you begin new work. A warm and welcoming community has gathered around this purpose. Third Thursday of each month, 1-2 pm Eastern Time (New York Time). This is offered to anyone in a $20+ Tier. Pop-Up Sessions: From time to time they offer co-working sessions, submission sprints, and open spaces where we can work side by side, and explore questions of interest to fellow poets. These gatherings are usually spontaneous on their part, although they tend to happen on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This is a bonus benefit, offered to all patrons, regardless of membership tier. \n##\n\n##\n\n Holly Wren Spaulding is offering a community space for fellow writers who seek companionship in the process of making new creative work.
