J. R. Lawrie is a fiction writer from the UK, specialising in stories which focus on LGBTQ characters and relationships. Their debut anthology, Let Your Heart Be Light, was published by Carnation in 2019, followed by their first full-length novel The Sheltering Tree in April 2021. They’re working on getting new titles out into the world and they’d be honoured if you wanted to support them in that. Like most writers, they have to fit their creative work around a bill-paying job.
