Jan Kotouc is a writer, author of two Science Fiction books from the Czech Republic, Sektor Hirano or Center of the Imperial empire. In addition to the Czech market, they have also extensively penetrated the English-speaking market. They are also a trainer and pedagogue of their own script, at the university level. The first novel was released in 2009. Since then, Mr. Kotouc has been writing regularly, and their books have formed a large fan base.
