Jon Colwell is a 25 Year Old Radio Personality from Hazard, Kentucky. Back near the end of October 2017, Jon launched Jammin’ Jon’s Wrestling News, the very first Pro Wrestling News Skill for the Amazon Echo and Echo Dot Devices. Since going live on October 29th, JJWN is being heard on 1,294 Echo/Echo Dot Devices and has garnered 19,056 plays. JJWN is also heard on every major listening platform (Amazon Alexa, Spotify, Stitcher, YouTube, iTunes, and Player.fm), and episodes of JJWN has been downloaded over 30,000 times. Every single weekday, Jon gives the latest Pro Wrestling News from WWE, AEW, ROH, NJPW, Impact Wrestling, and the Indies. He also gives breaking news as it happens and gives out results of PPVs on the weekend. Professional Wrestling is his passion, it’s all he has ever really loved. He has been giving Pro Wrestling News ever since he was 14. He started out on YouTube, and you can see those videos through his YouTube Channel link. The Pro Wrestling Business is what he always dreamed of being in ever since he was a little kid, and he’s proud to say that in December 2016, he got his foot in the door by making his debut as an announcer/bell ringer/time keeper for a local promotion in his hometown called Appalachian Mountain Wrestling. He must also add that his main job is being a Radio Personality, and he has been in Radio for seven years now. Since making his debut in radio at 17, he has been blessed to do some awesome things. One of his favorite memories was interviewing WWE/WCW/ECW Legend Mick Foley at the local library in Hazard back around 2014. Sadly, he had to step away from being in the Pro Wrestling Business because of the demands in Radio, but he’s slowly making a comeback by doing Jammin’ Jon’s Wrestling News. A lot of the wrestlers really love it. Sadly, he has went through a lot of setbacks in Radio. It took him five years to get his first paycheck, and the paycheck he currently gets from the station is once a month. It would be awesome to have a little bit of money on the side as all his money goes towards bills. He feels as though JJWN has a hell of a lot of potential to land him in some awesome things.
