Joseph Hoffman is creating Voice Over Trail Reviews, a YouTube channel. If you’re a mountain biker in the Pacific Northwest, it’s likely you’ve already stumbled across it when you were looking for information about your next ride. Joseph rides trails with his action camera, brings the footage home, and writes a voice over describing how to find the trail, what you’ll see when you get there, and any other relevant information. This is a way for you to get an idea of what a trail is like before hand without “flying blind.” Joseph likes doing this, but he plans to keep his day job. That being said, creating these videos does cost him money in equipment, travel, and time. He’s setting up this Patreon to give the people who find his videos to be of assistance when planning your next ride the opportunity to help him defray those costs.
