Klee is an agitational anti-colonial undisciplined multimedia propagandist who volunteers with way too many anti-profit orgs to sustain any of their creative endeavors. Music has been their primary hustle for most of their life. Klee had nearly 30 years time-served with the award winning internationally touring group Blackfire. About 7 years ago Klee was at a crossroads where it was clear that a guitar wasn’t going to stop bulldozers. Klee was trying to balance their organizing to protect sacred places with being on the road for 80% of the year. So Klee put down the pen and guitar and dove head on into (dis)organizing. You see, since 2001 Klee has been involved in founding and maintaining a bunch of volunteer projects such as; Indigenous Action Media, Tala Hooghan Infoshop, Outta Your Backpack Media, Protect the Peaks, and more, so there was a lot to focus on other than their more creative crafts.
