Kren Cooper is taking photographs at LRP events, and hosting them for anyone to see via their Facebook account. As a long time player at the Lorien Trust, they are well known at the events there, both organised by the Lorien Trust, and at smaller events sanctioned by them. They’ve also taken photographs at other events such as Outcast, Fifth-Season, and other smaller scale systems. They have always been happy to take photographs on request at events, and to allow people access to the original high resolution images from the camera, rather than the compressed versions on the website. Individuals are also supplied with high quality imagery on request for their own personal use, with the stance being you are free to use the images, for whatever purpose you wish, provided that it doesn’t harm the hobby or bring it into disrepute. However, camera equipment is not cheap, and does run the risk of getting broken during combats. Consumables such as batteries and memory cards need to be replaced, new lenses need to be purchased for different situations, and photos need to be stored somewhere and backed up adequately. So, they’ve decided to set up a Patreon page, so that if anyone wants to support their photography at events, they can do so easily.
