The Tale Spinners is Mark Rein•Hagen, creator of Vampire: The Masquerade, Werewolf: The Apocalypse, and the entire World of Darkness that the TV series Kindred: The Embraced and computer game Vampire Bloodlines were based on. He was also the co-founder of White Wolf, on the board of directors of Wizards of the Coast and the designer of many other games and worlds including Ars Magica and I Am Zombie.
