Michael Marcus Thurner is a science fiction, fantasy and horror writer who has been working as a freelancer for almost two decades. In the spring of 2021, he is going to leave his home country, Austria, on a tour that will take him to the British Islands as well as the Western Sahara, the mountainous regions of the Caucasus, Ukraine, Russia and perhaps even Mongolia. Some 25,000 to 30,000 miles within 12 to 18 months, he’d say. He is challenging himself, his skills as a rider and his nerves and stamina.
