octopodeshearts is Caroline, a queer nineteen-year-old studying english & scandinavian literature in France. They’re fond of going all caps or no caps, bodies of water, birds, & always, always, the sky. They mostly write poetry, but have been expanding the way they see & create poetry: be it through visual art, photography, & lately, even a little bit in music! As an artist, their goal has always been to stay very close to honesty & authenticity, & they’ve found that doesn’t always rhyme with truth. Their work often revolves around stillness or lack thereof, bodies as vessels too small to hold emotion, bravery, silence, & through it all, love in all its forms & stages. As a patron, depending on which tier you’re on, you’ll have access to exclusive little chapbooks, poems & visual art that have never been published, photographs they’ve taken & worked around, & updates on what they’re working on.
