Phm Duy Hiển is Phm Nguyn Trng. Born in 1951, they use the pseudonym Phm Minh Ngc when participating in Talawas, because they consider themselves a very ordinary person. They graduated from Saigon School of Fine Arts in 1975, and work as an executive manager.
