Pranas Šarpnickis is inspired to take the project by the documentary film “Lithuania Starts with Skuodas,” which they made in 2018 for the Skuodas self-education club. They realized that the people of Skuodas need real things, real word, real and warm thoughts. Probably everyone needs the same.
