Queer Support Network is an Iowa based fund that aims to provide assistance to LGBTQ+ persons to ease the financial impact of their medical needs. QSN is focused on assisting transgender people with their medical and surgical needs, while also assisting all LGBTQ+ people in need of support for HIV/AIDS. In addition to financial, medical assistance; QIG also seeks to create a network of information to help LGBTQ+ people find medical and mental health professionals who respect and support them.
