Ramin Mazur is a documentary photographer from Moldova. The main focus of their work is long term projects and it takes a lot of time and resources to produce them. They graduated from the Journalism Department in Chisinau, Moldova, and worked for a while as a photo reporter for local media outlets. The lack of understanding and appreciating the photojournalism in local media led them to start working on independent projects and series. After attending the Human Rights and Photography Magnum Foundation Scholarship they focus mostly on independent storytelling, based on observation of their own and nearby countries realities in their transition time.
