Rebecca Conran is creating an Energy Report, or a window into the upcoming collective astrological energies, that we can work with to create balance in our lives. The Energy Report provides encouragement and guidance for people who are sometimes struggling with depression and anxiety. Its hard to believe, even for them now, that for most of their life they felt directionless and depressed. Perpetually swinging from the highest highs to the lowest lows. They used sex, relationships, drugs, alcohol, eating, not eating, shopping, and work as ways to escape and avoid the dark, vast, void that they felt within themselves. They had multiple failed suicide bids and all of their relationships were strained or non-existent. The saying goes that no man is an Island, yet that is exactly how they felt. They found themselves as a baron desolate island surrounded by deep waters of emotion that they just couldn’t seem to navigate. In the pursuit of their own personal healing, they found what works for them to be an amalgamation of many modalities. The healer heals themselves first and foremost. As a healing practitioner, it is their goal to empower their clients as their own best healers. By channeling healing and information they need, they help to support their clients in this, and many have gone on to become coaches and energy healers themselves. They only practice what they know, and what they have direct experience in healing for them personally. This makes it their pleasure to look at their clients when they are having a difficult time, and be able to say honestly, “I healed it, and I believe you can too”. They’re a prime example of a life lost then built back into a life of purpose, clarity and fulfillment. It can be hard to invest time, energy and resources into our self care and self love. Fear always leads with obstacles. If they’re like them in anyway, they know that the investment they make in their health and happiness, is the only thing truly worth investing in. They’re a certified Holistic Life & Wellness Coach (CHHC) and a certified Reiki energy healer. They’re both a Psychic Empath and a Clairsentient, meaning they have the ability to experience and feel another persons past, present or future emotional states. They’re able to clearly pinpoint areas of dis-ease within the body, mind and spirit, and with their knowledge of wellness and nutrition as well as energy, they bring their clients back into balance holistically.
