Sap & Claw Elixir is a bass/banjo duo whose sound blends the worlds of rock, Americana, and jazz to create an intense vibe with fast grooves and tight harmonies. They started as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, playing in Long Beach, CA. Now they split their time between Austin, TX and Southern California – playing shows and making music all over. They also host a weekly podcast – Afternoon Tonic – where they discuss their ideas about the world, talk music, and hang out over a couple drinks.
