Shutoko Revival Project is working to create the most optimized, complete, and detailed version of Tokyo’s Metropolitan Expressway to date. This is a project of passion, with hundreds of hours already poured into it. They are also running servers with the latest version of the Shuto Revival Project Beta map for free roam exploration and cruising, as well as a time attack server around the C1 loop, along-side some wonderful car mods being developed and tested on the very same server.
