Spiritbox is an experimental Canadian heavy metal band from Victoria, British Columbia. They’re named after a device some believe is capable of communicating with the dead. Guitarist Mike Stringer and vocalist Courtney LaPlante (who happened to be married) established Spiritbox in 2017. The band is rounded out by drummer Zev Rose. Their first LP, Eternal Blue, #1 on the U.S. and Canadian Rock and Hard Rock charts and peaked at #13 on the Billboard 200.
