Teresa is a Shaman, Reiki Master Teacher and Spiritual Mentor. She is not dogmatic in her approach to religion and healing. Rather, she believes people should be encouraged to explore many religious beliefs, practices and traditions. In this way, she is certain people will connect to a spiritual life that is meaningful for them. Offering include all forms of shamanic healing, psychic readings, Reiki, workshops and apprenticeships. Most can be performed virtually, while in the comfort of your own space. Although raised as a Catholic, she has studied and practiced a variety of religions including Buddhism, Hinduism, Wicca, Lutheranism, and various tribal religions around the world. In her 25 years of studying shamanic practice, she has found her spiritual home. Shamanic work can be considered the original form of human spirituality. All world religious activities and spiritual healings include rites of passage ceremonies, singing and chanting, dancing, laying on of hands, calling upon Spirit, etc. Shamanism is a container of sorts. Nearly anyone, of any religious or spiritual persuasion, should feel comfortable in receiving healing from and studying this powerful healing system.
