The Carpetbagger is Jacob. They moved to the South in 2000 and have been documenting through various mediums ever since. They have previously done still photography and blogging. Their most recent venture is in the medium of video. They upload videos to Youtube nearly daily of their travels and adventures. They are obsessed with Folk Heroes, interesting museums, Roadside Attractions and generally anything weird or unusual. The Carpetbagger has created this Patreon page for those who want to contribute to their videos. Recently, they were told by their employer that they had to take down their Youtube channel, so they made the decision that they were going to put everything into their channel and turn it into a career. They graciously accept any level of donations. They have setup a way for Patrons to view behind the scenes photos and video clips.
