They’ve committed themselves to making the best content that they can make, but things can always be better. With the help of Patrons, they can afford to commission artists and editors (all of which are better at those jobs than they are) to make their content look and feel better. Plus, consuming the amount of anime and manga they need to consume in order to make videos costs money, as well as just life in general.
