The New Left is Tom Barry, the host of The New Left. They started this channel because they truly believe that we are running out of time. The oceans are dying, the air is polluted, and the water is poisoned. We are ruled by corrupt governments and billionaires that strip us of our rights and preach of endless war. Despite being a liberal country where the majority of us believe in Progressive policies like Medicare For All, our views are not reflected in politics. There is no honest conversation when the corporate media controls so much of what we see and hear. The 2020 elections are rapidly approaching, and it might be the last chance to stop the train before climate change and neoliberalism destroy the world. So they are stepping up and adding their voice to the Progressive movement that is helping us find our way out of the woods. They will create videos that speak truth to power, stand up for the oppressed, and help us understand how we got here in the first place.
