Tom Shepherd Art is Tom and they love to paint. They also love to share what they do and what they’ve learnt with others. They have been a well-respected tutor and demonstrator here in the UK for many years, traveling up and down the country; as well as teaching painting holidays in France. They are also a “working artist” with a studio practice, which they will be sharing plenty of.
