Tracey Kennedy is going through a difficult time in 2017, having been married and having had a son, and another one on the way. They had just started a new career and were making more money than they ever have. They had just begun a wonderful year, when suddenly everything changed and they found themselves in a very dark and lonely journey, with anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. They woke up one morning in October to a nervous breakdown, and that spiraled for months after. After years of healing, learning, and growing, they came out of that horrible darkness, and now live a life of joy.
