Tricia Romano is a writer and editor whose writing has appeared in the New York Times, the Daily Beast, Rolling Stone, Spin, Elle, Men’s Journal, Marie Claire, Los Angeles magazine, the New York Post, the Los Angeles Times, Slate, Salon, New York, and more. They’re the former editor-in-chief of The Stranger, “Seattle’s only newspaper.” They’ve been a staff writer for the Seattle Times and a columnist for the Village Voice. They’ve been creating an oral history of the Village Voice and a book for Public Affairs that tells the story of the Voice, from its inception in 1955 to its demise.
