Ty Carter is a visual development artist currently working at Blue Sky Studios. They fell in love with drawing as a little boy and have loved it since. When they went to college to choose a career path, they were interested in architecture, transportation design, advertising and illustration but couldn’t decide which was right for them. Until they heard about concept artists. They created characters, environments and entire worlds. It felt right so they decided to go for it. After a lot of hard work, they eventually became an art director at Netflix Animation Studios. And although it wasn’t easy, they can wholeheartedly say they love their job. Your support enables them to achieve personal goals as a creator and develop their own style. As a full time studio artist, they work on other people’s stories all day but Patreon enables them to develop their own personal voice.
