Undercommon Taste is Ian Woodworth and James Daley, hosts of a podcast where they create and discuss homebrew content for tabletop roleplaying games. They stir the pot and lick the spoon. New episodes are released every Wednesday, as well as new content inspired by, or created in, their episodes the following Monday. They want to help give you the confidence and guidance to turn your ideas – big or small – into reality. To that end, they hope to both give inspiration with their content, and offer a road map to show how they go about creating things like magic items, character classes and races, locations, organizations, and more. By showing you how the sausage is made, the hosts hope to give you a better idea of how to create content that is both fun to play with and balanced with existing gameplay.
