Whining On is the Street Performance living history Archive. It was created by Mat “`The Encouragable Rogue” to record and store living histories from some of the greatest traveling showmen and women, street artists, magicians, circus performers, comedians, mimes and clowns. If the Whining On archive is a full time job for 3 people, at present, to collect, research, maintain and improve. They have great ideas for the future and need your help to make them a reality.
