WMFA is Courtney Balestier, a writer, listener and host of a show about creativity and craft. Courtney started this show because it was the show they wanted to listen to. After a decade as a journalist, Courtney had just started their first novel and had no idea what they were doing. Talking to other writers has helped Courtney realize that they all deal with the same doubts, worries, and insecurities, in addition to concerns about character development and structure. Courtney is so grateful to have these conversations, not just for themselves but also for other writers and creatives who can benefit from them.
