a gathering of shapes is ashley, an artist/writer based in the California Bay Area. They mostly make collage art and found poetry, but they’re always experimenting with creative mediums. Occasionally they mess around with watercolor paint, or write a poem, or make blackout poetry, or any other number of things. Their work usually revolves around language, but the words themselves, as well as the visuals, are sometimes a surprise even to them.
